Massage

Massage is probably one of the oldest and most traditional ways of enhancing wellbeing and relaxation. Massage is good for almost anyone. People, who do a lot of heavy physical training, benefit from it, as well as the vast majority working with computers, sitting for long hours, not using their bodies enough physically. Combined with acupuncture it is possible to treat a wide variety of ailments from insomnia, rheumatic ailments to rehabilitation after an operation of muscles and joints.
